Q: Can I visit the facility before booking?

A: Absolutely! We encourage pet owners to visit with us at the kennel. Our insurance does not allow for us to bring you into the kennel where the dogs are kept however we have a virtual tour to allow you view the facility. Please contact us to schedule a time to come meet us in person.

A: Our staff is trained in canine first aid, and we have multiple first aid kits on-site. In case of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and you will make all decisions on their care and treatment. If we can not reach you or you emergency contact, we will seek veterinary care in all emergency case.

In addition to our first aid supplies, we also keep hypoallergenic gastrointestinal food on-site. This special food is available in case any of our guests experience an upset stomach or loose bowels while staying with us.
