Q: What should I bring for my dog’s stay?

A: We recommend bringing your dog’s regular food, any medications they may need, and a favorite toy or blanket to make them feel more at home.

Q: Can I visit the facility before booking?

A: Absolutely! We encourage pet owners to visit with us at the kennel. Our insurance does not allow for us to bring you into the kennel where the dogs are kept however we have a virtual tour to allow you view the facility. Please contact us to schedule a time to come meet us in person.

Q: How do you handle emergency situations?

A: Our staff is trained in canine first aid, and we have multiple first aid kits on-site. In case of a medical emergency, we will contact you immediately and you will make all decisions on their care and treatment. If we can not reach you or you emergency contact, we will seek veterinary care in all emergency case.

All our staff members have completed the Dog Safe Canine First Aid course, ensuring they are well-prepared to handle any minor injuries or health issues that may arise during your dog's stay. Our facility is equipped with multiple dog-specific first aid kits, strategically placed throughout the kennel and property, allowing us to quickly address any minor issues.

In addition to our first aid supplies, we also keep hypoallergenic gastrointestinal food on-site. This special food is available in case any of our guests experience an upset stomach or loose bowels while staying with us. Our goal is to ensure that your dog remains comfortable and healthy during their stay, and we are always prepared to make adjustments as needed.

We take a proactive approach to your dog's care, consulting with you or your emergency contact before administering any first aid or making changes to your dog's diet. This ensures that you are always informed and have complete control over any treatments or changes made to your dog's routine.
