Pick up and Drop off times

Access to our properties at Prince of Wales and Fourth Line Road will be restricted, and our gates closed at all outside of our pick up and drop off times. Should inclement weather be expected during your expected pick up or drop off time and you are concerned about being able to make the allotted pick up and drop off times, please reschedule your dogs stay with us for another day/time. We will make every effort in these conditions to extend your dogs stay or reschedule your dog for a time with fair weather. We prioritize the safety of the dogs in our care during foul weather and we are not able to accommodate early/late pick ups and drop offs without sacrificing the care and attention of the other dogs staying with us.
