Cleaning Fees

We rarely need to charge cleaning fees however when needed, we charge a cleaning fee as each instance of urination, defecation or vomiting indoors requires a deep clean and proper sanitation in order to limit possible contamination to other dogs and keep the kennel clean. This can take a staff members up to 30 minutes of additional cleaning each time this occurs.

Cleaning fees will be charged for any dog who is not house trained, is incontinent or otherwise repeatedly urinates, defecates or vomits indoors.
