$10 up to 15 min past pickup / drop off times later than 1 hour will need to pickup at the next scheduled pick up / drop off time and will be charge the current Boarding rate for the addition stay. It is not guaranteed that we will be available to accept or give back a dog outside of our pick up and drop off times and will depend on staff availability. If we are not available to accommodate a late pick up or drop off. Your dog will need to be picked up or dropped off during our next available scheduled pick up or drop off time. It is highly recommended to contact us via email prior to showing up if you are going to be late. |
